Ghutna Jivak

This Ayurvedic treatment for joint and muscular pains, specifically Knee pain, is believed to have been first formulated by Pt. Sri Ram Sharma in a village in Rajasthan about 175 years ago. Legend says that it was so popular during those times that seeing Indian commoners and soldiers benefitting from it, the British started using it themselves and even imported it to their home country. However, the secret of its preparation was limited to just a few, making it a rare treatment. This preparation was later passed on through the generations of Pt. Ram Sharma and eventually formed an organized preparation and distribution setup for making this miracle cure available to everyone.
